Friendship Force is all about bringing people from different backgrounds together to promote peace, understanding and goodwill throughout the world. Members go on trips (journeys) all over the world to visit other Friendship Force clubs, and most times they are home-hosted. We learn about one another’s cultures and make new, lifelong friends.
Please join us at our club meeting on
Sunday, March 23rd at 3pm
Our speaker is Kim McQuoid, a certified nurse midwife and a family nurse practitioner.
Kim has dedicated her life to promoting health and wellness to women and their families. She has worked as a primary care practitioner for 29 years and a nurse midwife for 34 years. Kim was the medical director of a health clinic for women and their families. She is also a nurse midwifery educator who teaches and mentors other midwives. For the past 4 years, Kim has worked as a sexual assault nurse examiner. She has also done international work in Bangladesh and India. Kim says “In this life work, I have gotten so much from the women that I serve. In the gentle touch and exchange of human energy, my soul has been enriched and deepened.”
Everyone is welcome to attend. Please invite your friends!
